STARTFACTORYZ has been established in 2020 after 5 years of existence of DALC Consulting, the primary consultancy organisation.
STARTFACTORYZ focuses on helping SMEs during their industrial growth phase by managing their project, but also providing a set of expert services which are part of project management such as Risks and Opportunities management, Business Plan or Commercial Strategies establishment for instance. In such a way SMEs can focus on what they do best. We work closely with the Cambridge and Oxford networks of Startups, and with a few specialised partners.
We also provide PM expertise to any type of companies, including large Corporates, for small to megaprojects. The environment can either be mature or emerging with governance to put in place.
